Eating Disorder Treatment

A unique, trauma-informed eating disorder treatment center in San Diego

Eating disorders have a devastating effect on every aspect of one’s life. Likewise, eating disorder treatment must include a comprehensive approach to examine and care for every element of our clients’ well-being, including their physical and mental health, and their nutritional needs. Haven Hills Recovery’s eating disorder treatment staff goes above and beyond to create a culture where women feel supported and equipped to walk through the important process of healing and recovery. Treatment includes evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as grief work, nutrition and exercise, yoga, and mindfulness. When desired, we work with a client’s loved ones, providing education and support to unite and heal the family system.
