A unique intensive outpatient program for women struggling with trauma, eating disorders, substance misuse, and dual diagnosis
Haven Hills’ Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for clients who are at a point in their recovery journey to sustain and continue progress with 12-20 hours of therapeutic support. At this stage of recovery, individuals are increasing or maintaining participation in their normal life activities, such as work or school, while still receiving consistent support in order to manage the increasing amount of stressors and triggers being encountered. Clients in this level of care continue to engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions as clinically necessary.
Our IOP schedule is completely customized to meet the needs of the individual and to provide a gradual step down in the amount of support provided. Initially, clients are able to attend IOP 5 days per week and participate in 20+ hours of therapeutic and nutritional support programming, attending programs Monday through Friday including various group and individual interventions. When clinically appropriate clients will step down the number of IOP treatment days, readying themselves for the transition to program completion. Included in the program are a variety of group and individual therapeutic and experiential components to support clients as they travel along the treatment path to a richer, fuller, healthier life.
Each client is assigned or continues with their primary therapist to help move through their treatment journey. In IOP there is a high emphasis on life skills to aid in a smooth transition to the next step.
If you or a loved one are struggling with the effects of trauma, an eating disorder, substance misuse and or anxiety/depression, our intensive outpatient program can help. Small by design, and focused on healing each woman from the inside out, our IOP treatment program can set you on a path toward healing and recovery. Please give us a call… we would be honored to walk this journey with you.
